Join us for our first monthly Grown Up Craft Night! In October we will be making hand-made bookmarks using old magazines, markers and washi tape. Participants can have their bookmarks laminated before they go home. All materials are included. Registration is required as space is limited.
The Secret Source of Peace
Whether it’s a life circumstance or accumulation of normal daily stressors, we could all use some rejuvenation. Using a combination of reiki (soothing and appropriate touch-with permission), movement (yoga), and meditation, this evening will leave you feeling relaxed and restored to a sense of peace and well-being.
Bring everything you need to move and be comfortable e.g., yoga mat, pillow, blanket.
